Welcome to Keepers of the Reef!
In early 2005 concerned aquarists saw a need for a local Reef club in the twin lakes area. Reef propagation and husbandry have now progressed to being feasible in almost all areas of this great country. Fundamentally we meet to share the ideas, successes and failures seen in our small glass encased worlds.
On a larger scale we protect the worlds reef life by containing it, propagating it and sharing it. Aquaculture of existing stocks multiplies one of the worlds true resources, its reefs while not further damaging its delicate structure.
The Keepers of the Reef has been established to unite these individuals.

EmailOk so you all know I am always trying to bring you good things right? Well I have been keeping a secret.. wanna know? Many of you are far to aware of the problems we have had with IP errors, Hackers, lost memberships ect.... Much of this is due to KOTR being basically an outdated forum module. In my and Roberts attempts to fix this we have found few answers and so... As of 12am this Sunday we will have an all new, Fully developed Keepers Of The Reef... Robert has been able to Port over all of our forums and members... We will need to start to repost some great new picks and please bear with us as this roll over to the newly developed site unfolds. To user in this new site the next KOTR meeting will be held Dec 4th 2009 and I will be happy to host but more on this all later. Thank you for your continued support.
