Blister/bubble on fish

Ok when i went into work today i was told about a sailfin that has a couple of blisters/bubbles on its sides looks like the skin of someone that got a nasty burn and the skin bubbles up what is this? and how do i treat it? i really need some help and info.

sounds like a fungus to me seperate him from other fish if u can try melafix or pimafix thats the only advice i can give you hope this helps
